Who is responsible for your data

Salomón Senado Mizrahi, a sole proprietor registered for business activity, with offices at Paseo de Tamarindos 384, Interior Piso 13, Lomas de Cuajimalpa, C.P. 05110, Mexico City, Mexico, is the party responsible for the processing of personal data collected through the OrdenPlace application and the ordenplace.com website. AppIndustri is a trade name and not an incorporated company.

What data we collect

• Identification and contact: name, email address and, if you provide it, phone number. Collected when you create an account or write to us.
• What you enter yourself: your operating information. It's yours; we only store it so we can show it back to you.
• Third-party data you enter: if you record other people's data, you act as the party responsible for that data and you represent that you are entitled to process it.
• Technical data: device model, operating system version, app version and last sync date. Used to provide support and to enforce the limits of your plan.
• Documents and files: whatever you upload. Stored encrypted, and only you and those you authorize can open them.

What we use it for

• Providing the service: storing, syncing and displaying your information on your devices and on the web.
• Managing your account, your subscription and your plan limits.
• Providing support when you ask for it.
• Notifying you of important changes to the service or to these texts.
• Complying with legal obligations and with requests from competent authorities.

We do not sell your data. We do not use it for third-party advertising. We do not use it to train artificial intelligence models.

Signing in from the web

At ordenplace.com you can sign in with the same account as the app to consult your information from a browser. Four things are worth knowing about that access:

• It is read-only. From the web you consult; nothing is entered, edited or deleted.
• We don't create a new account. It's exactly the same one you use in the app; your password is validated by the authentication server, and this site never stores it.
• Your session lives in your browser and is erased when you close the tab or tap "Sign out". If you sign in on a borrowed computer, sign out.
• The server decides what you see, not the page. Access rules are enforced server-side, so the web cannot reach information that isn't yours.

Artificial intelligence

Some features use assistants or document reading. When you use them, the text or document you send is transmitted to the model provider solely to generate the response to that query. The provider does not retain that content for training. Generated responses are informational and do not constitute legal, tax, accounting or financial advice.

Who we share data with

Only with the providers needed to operate the service, each with access limited to what it requires:

• Supabase — database, authentication and file storage.
• OpenAI — artificial intelligence features, where they exist and you use them.
• Brevo — sending service emails.
• Apple — app distribution and subscription billing. Your payment details are processed by Apple; we never see them.

Cookies

This site uses no advertising cookies and no third-party analytics. To keep your session open while you consult your information we use the browser's own storage, which is cleared when you close the tab or sign out.

How long we keep it

For as long as your account is active. If you delete it, we erase your personal data within the following 30 calendar days, except for what we are required to retain by legal or tax obligation.

Your data rights

Under Mexico's Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, you may request access to your data, its rectification where inaccurate, its cancellation where you consider it unnecessary, and you may object to its processing for specific purposes. You may also withdraw your consent.

To exercise these rights write to support@appindustri.com stating your name, the email on your account and which right you wish to exercise. We will respond within a maximum of 20 business days. Several of our apps also let you exercise them directly from the settings screen, including account deletion.

If you believe your right was not properly addressed, you may contact Mexico's data protection authority, INAI (inai.org.mx).

Minors

Our apps are not directed at children under 13. In school and sports management apps, minors' data is entered by the institution or by the parent or guardian, who is responsible for holding the corresponding consent.

Changes to this notice

If something material changes we publish it here with a new date and, where the change warrants it, we notify you inside the app. Apps that keep a record of acceptance store which version you accepted and when.
